Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payments A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your date is not considered booked until the retainer is received and a signed agreement is on file. The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the event. Cancellation Policy If a client cancels the booking within 10 days of the event, all payments made up to that point—including the retainer—are non-refundable. This is because the date has been reserved exclusively for you, and we are unable to rebook it on short notice. If cancellation occurs more than 10 days prior, only the initial retainer remains non-refundable. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for: Securing permissions for photo/video at venues Ensuring all participants are present and prepared for scheduled photo/video moments Providing accurate timelines and updates leading up to the event Communicating any special requests before the event day We are not responsible for missed moments due to late arrivals, uncooperative individuals, restricted venue access, or changes in schedule that are not communicated. Liability & Coverage Limitations While we make every effort to capture your event beautifully and professionally, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Weather conditions Venue restrictions Interference from guests or other vendors Equipment failure (in which case we will make every reasonable effort to recover or replace coverage) Acts of God, emergencies, or unforeseen events In the rare event of photographer/videographer injury, illness, or emergency, we will attempt to provide a qualified replacement or issue a refund limited to the amount paid for services not rendered. Artistic Style & Editing By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our portfolio and understand our artistic style. Editing, color choices, posing direction, and final delivery methods are left to the photographer/videographer’s professional discretion. Final Deliverables All images and video footage will be delivered within the standard timeframe outlined in your contract. Raw, unedited files are not provided.
